OUR HISTORY

In 1974, on the fifty-sixth floor of Paris’s Montparnasse tower, the M56 Group was born.

In 2020, M56 brought together all its sites in Paris, Berlin, Philadelphia & Chicago under one brand: Magnicity. Why? Because at its sites, millions of guests felt the same: Magnicity puts them atop the highest points above the world’s most iconic cities. To learn their values, experience their cultures and be energized by what they offer.

In our offices or in our public areas, we favor recycled materials and low-impacts products. We refuse to use single-use plastic.
