On the 50th anniversary of the Berlin TV Tower, 1340 guests celebrated here during the day and another 160 arrived for a private event at night.
They enjoyed more than a view: a live radio show from the observation deck, a historic photo exhibition, family activities and nationwide media coverage.
At One Liberty Observation Deck, guests literally relive a moment in history: the famous afternoon Benjamin Franklin first conducted electricity. Sense the thrilling thunder and flashing lightning as he would have done. Take selfies with his larger-than-life bust, and even follow the string of his red kite right up to the 57th floor. From there, breathtaking views of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware await your eyes, from 800 feet above ground.
The Euroscoop is a rotating glass elevator that takes you no less than 185 meters into the air. From the top you have a spectacular 360º panoramic view over the world city Rotterdam and Europe’s largest harbour. On clear days you can enjoy a view that stretches as far as 30 km into the distance. In the evening it even looks as though the stars come to life. Come visit and experience it yourself!
